Where is the store based?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Please contact us for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international addresses.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Subject to availability. In the event the products you ordered are drop shipped from their manufacturers/producers shipping times may vary.

Wine Refrigerators Standard Delivery
Most purchases are shipped from our New York warehouse and scheduled to arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment of the order. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Standard Delivery option is available for all orders in the continental U.S. For all other countries, please contact us.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?
